The known world centered on Goresthannon

Ymra is a magical medieval fantasy world of fairies and goblins and knights and dragons. It lies at the center of a flat plane that extends farther in all directions than anyone has ever traveled.

At its center is a colossal artifact called Goresthannon, the Shining Tower, a crystalline spire that glows with unearthly light. The spire is defended by dragons so great that when they sleep they dive into the earth and pull landscape over them like blankets, creating mountain ranges.

Fortunately for all, they rarely awaken.
